Ratandeep , I tried the troubleshooting and it basically lists a few things that could be wrong. Sometimes it tells me that the D-Link adapter is experiencing problems. Check if the protocol bindings are correct but nothing helps. Good evening, I've been having a problem for the passed two days and was hoping that someone else has experienced this and solved it. This way, you have better control and no one can bypass without access to the firewall. Changing the gateway is indeed the simplest solution, but if you're like one of my customers, it may not take care of the problem.
They don't have GPO set up and some employees have in the past figured out why they couldn't get internet. Change the IP settings to re-add a gateway, and voila. GPO or a good firewall would be the way to go, I'd imagine, but I'm not a GPO expert so I couldn't tell you exactly what to do without researching it myself.
One thing that may be worth considering is that the reason I believe that you're wanting to disable Internet access is because of the EOL scheduled for April. Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection. This is a serious problem. So, what should you do to remove the blocked Internet access error? Just do by following these solutions below.
